PRICES:
     Prices in this list are F.O.B. Jonesburg, Missouri. Prices are based on current market conditions are subject to change. This price list cancels all previous lists.

ORDERS:
     Orders are booked subject to crop growing conditions and with the understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall stock from drought, flood, fire, hail, errors in count, or any other causes beyond our control. No orders for future delivery will be accepted until current account is paid in full.

TERMS:
     Our regular terms are net 30to all regular customers with a record of prompt payment. Where credit has not been established with us, a deposit of 30% is required with the order and balance is due prior to shipment. New accounts will be cash until credit is approved. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged on overdue accounts.

CREDIT:

WARRANTY:
     Forest Lawn Nursery warrants all that all nusery stock is true to name and in good healthy condition when leaving the nursery. Forest Lawn makes no other warranty expressed or implied as to the productivity or the growth secured on transplanted or any other consequential damages.

GRADES:
     All nusery stock will be dug and shipped according to ANLA standards as set forth in the American Standard for Nursery Stock as approved on October 27th, 1980.

SHIPPING:
     All stock will become carriers responsibility upon loading on the truck, either the customer's or the carrier's. Forest Lawn Nursery will not be responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. Freight charges are due upon delivery. Customer must provide adequate unloading help. Additional fees may incur if adequate unloading help is not provided.

CLAIMS:
     Claims for any causes must be made promptly upon receipt of stock. Discrepancies in size, quantity, and quality must be written on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Please help us bring you better products by inspecting all deliveries thoroughly and immediately.
